man, this brings back so many memories when i was in nyjc in 2009-2010... jc was so hectic and time flew by just like that. really enjoyed school life...
ur vlogs are such a vibe HAHAAHAH
j1 just starting out at ny here :)) watching this just prepared me for what's to come
Thank you guys for making the video. Im 38 this year, feel extremely nostalgic. Literally tearing, times flies really fast. Make the best of your time everyday pls.
Immaculate vibes. Also the 28 degreee weather 😅😅😅😅😅
Hi your vlog brought back so much memories of my JC days and your JC life seems so much more fun and chill compared to mine. I took BCMG, my JC2 days were like and death struggle everyday from the start right up till the end of 'A' levels. But i managed to survive it all and im now studying Mathematics in University, so can u yea. :)

And also because i come from a 'not so good JC' my classmates weren't very motivated/interested in their studies. So i only have to rely on myself and for the most part its a solo journey for me while in JC. :< But i still made it through at the end of it all.
The so hot and only 28 degrees is so relatable lmao

hi, this is a bit late but i saw that you took translation in one of your early vids, im probably entering ny this year and am interested in translation so i have a few qns: 1. how many ppl take translation usually in a batch? 2. how are the lessons like/what do u do? 3. how much do u have to study/mug for it, and 4. how are the distinction rates? tysm!

hi! 1. my batch had 17 ppl so im guessing its arnd there as well for other batches (prob also depending on how many ppl r interested in ur batch) 2. for lsns the teachers will teach us linguistic skills and techniques to write the translation analysis (mostly during j1) we also had lab lessons where we do timed practices and the teacher will go through in subsequent lessons after marking 3. tbh translation is one of the least content heavy subjects and rather than ‘mugging’ for it u just have to b familiar w the skills through consistent practice. there isnt rlly much to study for, i have friends who only revise bfr exams soo im not too sure for 4, nvr rlly heard much abt it,, jys for jc hope that helped!!
SO CUTE HARH
