Cool to see someone finally make some high quality videos at COP! I grew up riding here in the early 2000s but haven't ridden here in more than 15 years. It sure has changed a lot, but awesome to see that it's still going strong.

He must be from Saskatchewan that's why he's never heard of COP. They all pronounce Calgary like that.
I sent my kids to Winsport for MTB camp at the start of summer. They spent a week riding those trails and went from super timid to little shredders. Some fun to be had there but you'll definitely want to avoid going during the summer while camps are running.
How he pronounces Calgary😂😂 Nice video man!

I guess that’s what happens when you grow up in Edmonton 😬😆 Cheers!
Looks super fun! Would be so rad to have a park like that right in a downtown core of a major city
Never realized I need downhill go karts in my life, until now.

100% agreed
Great to see you hitting up the trails here in Calgary at Canada Olympic Park!
With winter in the way you guys should drop down to New Zealand and check out some of the smaller bike parks down here
I have a season pass here and it's so amazing for after work laps when you just can't or don't want to drive out to Moose, WBC or Canmore!
Speaking of small trail systems, on the other end of calgary there is a park called fish creek. Bit of treck from the highway but it's full some really fun trails.
@TheLoamRanger

I've heard that! We'll have to check it out sometime.
Looks like so much fun! I have yet to try a bike park, but it's on my to do list!
Make your way out to Redcliff and Elkwater Alberta when you get the chance. Took me awhile to go that way (from Edmonton), but 100% worth it!
Hell Yeah! You went to Winsport/CoP Eh?! SICK! Honestly, this place has flown under my radar as well. I spent my season at the Horse working/biking. and I kind of regret not spending more time at CoP. It's a bit of a gem to be, and it's open pretty late in the summer by comparision to other bike parks!
Yoo i was here the day you were filming this, was cool asf to see ya
Awesome video! Looks like a super fun place

It was! Now I just have to wait until June for it to be open again haha
I grew up skiing at that park and never knew it was a bike park in the summer. I might go back to it now
Sweet park. We have tracks like that where I live, only no chair lift. Or road access. We _do_ however also have 12yos that are faster than us. 😉
love your stuff man :)
This is my hometown. I ride here all summer. Great trails, especially considering its lift access IN the city. Thanks for showcasing this! Great to see!
Sweet gravity fun!
Rotorua in New Zealand has a similar park with the luge and mtb trails
As a local here, I have yet to try this place...guess I should this weekend.
Awesome Video!!!!
Damn, I'm in Edmonton but I've always said I wouldn't mind moving to Calgary to be closer to outdoor activities and man is this another notch in favour of actually trying it out.
The park looks amazing...but don't drink water after having something hot, you need a bread or something fatty like milk to lift the acid off your taste buds. Water is the worst thing to have as it just disperses it.
What pants was hunter wearing? Been looking for a performance pant that also looks casual
Use to ride these trails on my BMX, rough on the wrists for sure
I buy a season pass every year It’s my go to place to practice and have fun. Sumner eve rides are the best. Great vid

It looks like we may be in and out of Calgary more often next year, so getting that seasons pass is definitely on the cards.
Looks awesome 🤩🤟🔥
Awsome video!!!!
looks great 👍
I could see my house when u got off the lift lol
The next time time you some to the UK to ride our trails. If you like hot and spicy food. You should stop off at Cannock. You should go to the Dilshad Restaurant and order the Crocodile Inferno Curry. It is 2 million Scoville. They will also try to talk you out of ordering it. You might need a day or 2 before riding Dyfi Bike Park.
I’m American, it’s not my place to correct a Canadian on how to pronounce city names… But can we get some of his countrymen to lend a hand here?
I'm gone there in 4 days and I'm honestly so hyped
What rack is that on the back of the rover?
I was there that day. Sorry I missed you. Comment fist bump for your cornering video. Helped me loads.🤜🤛
Strong Mario cart vibes in this one 😁👍
I wanted to bike at winsport the last few years and road bike up that zigzag road
So I am seriously kicking myself now for never having ridden COP. Talked a lot about it during my five plus years in Calgary.
Is this winsport ?
Something like 90% of all athletes that won a medal last Winter Olympics trained or competed at winsport.
Us weird Canadians say it Cal-gree, not Cal-gary.
@TheLoamRanger

Well this weird Canadian says it how it’s spelled. Probably an Edmonton thing 😂
Calgary!!!
my guy! finally Calgary gets some recongnition! Although I live. 10 minutes away from COP, I only. go. once a week as. it i s very expensive. If you are in the area, I recommend trying out the Nordic Centr in Canmore, and. maybe B-Line indoor bike. park in Calgary. And heads up, everybody pronounces it "Calgry".

The season pass is only $280, If you're going once a week and buying a day pass you only need 5 and a bit weeks for a seasons pass! By far the cheapest lift access bike park in the area.
Nice video
Imagine being a kid again and being rubbery and invincible. LOL.
Honestly, for someone whose been riding COP for 4 years, it's quite nice for the locals like me.
@hunter atta boy
wonder what kind of chest mount Hunter is using? tnx

Not a chance! COP was the bee's knees back then!! Skinnies, totters, wall rides, rock gardens and way more tech trails. I understand why it changed, and it's great for what it is, but not a chance it's better. Except the chairlift... lol

Major *Canadian city haha
Too expensive and too many kid classes that you're just standing around waiting to drop in.
"A bike park hiding (?!) in a major city." C'mon, it's there because of the Olympics. Like any other city could boast that kind of specialized infrastructure which lends itself perfectly to adaptation into a DH bike park. I just don't get the surprise. Why not check out salt lake city and lake placid. We already know that Vancouver has great MTBing....
