A Journal To Save You From A Boring Life

If you use a crash journal, I can guarantee that you will start to feel WAY LESS bored in your life! It took me ages to figure out that the reason I was so sad, overwhelmed and lonely was because I wasn't enjoying my day-to-day life. After all, how you spend your days is how you spend your life. However, since I have started to use my crash journal, i have finally started to feel happy and enjoy my life again.
The best part is that this is the easiest method for beginners who want to start journalling. Or, if you are a pro at journalling, later in the video, I give you some tips and secrets of how you can level up your journal and take it to the next level.
So, in this video I give you a three step tutorial on how to start crash journalling. This is the best method for beginners and will help you to maximise your daily productivity.
Best,
Olly :)

I use it for the same purpose. As the first or second generation of the middle class in the 21st century we have no idea what to do with our lives, we don't want to dedicate ourselves entirely to work or having a family, but what is there besides that? It is an individual search. Each person has to find a way to make sense of this nonsense. I'm not saying it's right or wrong, it's just the way it is. I found a lot of satisfaction in starting a second career at 29 years old. It's literary studies, what does it mean? It is useless, the only thing it is useful for is to enjoy reading and learning. And if in the future I can dedicate myself to something that escapes the logic of production I will continue to be happy lol

That is such a good point! How are we supposed to find what we want to do with our life when there are so many options but at the same time so few that feel meaningful to pursue. I like the idea of an 'individual search'. Paradoxically, the way we find out the most about ourselves is by interacting with other people and finding out things about ourselves, only when another person reveals those things. Hopefully if you are enjoying the Literary Studies course, you can find meaning in the happiness of that and worry about the logistics later haha. Hope you're having a great day and welcome to the channel :)

Wow, absolutely love the concept of recording those small day-to-day wins and having a monthly adventure to look forward to! I'm very guilty of falling into a routine where the days start to blend together and it feels like nothing is changing or moving. Thanks for the great content!

Firstly, thank you so much for the kind words and it's so cool to hear that you think dopamine days and monthly adventures will help you. I completely get where you're coming from when you say that sometimes your life just feels a little stuck, so hopefully my videos can help you get your life moving in the direction you want it to go in. Please let me know if there's anything in particular you'd like to see me make a future video on :)

Wow, you have perfectly said everything I feel in a couple of short sentences. I couldn't agree with you more. You know, the funniest thing is that we think it is the big monumental decisions and actions that we presume have the biggest impact on us like changing careers or moving countries. Actually, I have found that it is the small things like choosing to stay an extra five minutes in a coffee shop and bumping into your future best friend. This is what life is about!!!! Never stop chasing those little things :)

I knew that I had to be grateful and write things down that I am grateful for. And I knew about artist dates and finding something dopamine inducing once a week, but I really like your idea of adding dopamine days and monthly vacations. Always good to steer your life in the direction you want it to go. Loved the concept and the video! You have great presentation skills!

I really like these ideas Ollie. I've tended to be an all or nothing type either doing things to excess or not at all and I really like the idea of smaller goals. The idea having one monthly adventure helps me to keep it balanced. I also like the daily! Thank you.

The music feels like it’s distracting because the beat is in the frequency as your voice. We are trying to listen to you but the beat is in the way. I would recommend toning it down or change the style of the music. Just give your voice a space in the video.
