Egg Mappas / Mutta Mappas / Kerala Style Egg Curry /Side dish for Chapati,Appam,Idiyappam,Pathiri and Rice
Ingredients:
Boiled egg - 3 to 4
Coconut oil / Oil
Mustard - 1/2 tsp
Dry chilli - 2
Curry leaves
Onion - 2 ( medium size )
Green chilli - 4
Crushed garlic - 1 tbsp
Crushed ginger - 3/4 tbsp
Tomato - 1 ( medium size )
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
Meat masala - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
Potato - 1 ( big size )
Salt
Medium thick coconut milk - 1 cup
Water - 1/2 cup
Crushed pepper - 3/4 tsp
Fennel powder - 1 tsp
Thick coconut milk - 1 cup
