I’m south of LHL’s and they got it bad in their area. They received a bunch of rain and wind was unbelievable. 2.5million without power here and so far 3people dead. I’m praying for LHL and all the animals. That part of Houston got it bad

That was so smart Lester, to know that the boat is made to handle hurricane type conditions and that you can put your other vehicles in there. It was hilarious when Carl was facing off with Stella (who was not impressed at all) and then the bird started running at you and you turned to escape and there was one of the big dogs in the water trough. Only with crazy animals.

Good afternoon Lester. Prep taking place looks great, got everything covered and hope the rain doesn't stay around too long. Thanks for sharing.

My anxiety is driven strongly by the what ifs in life and it started 32 yrs ago when my husband, then 28 yrs old was killed in a work accident. That caused me to be way overprotective of my kids doing normal things kids do. I’m still plagued by the what ifs all these yrs later. Prayers for safety of all of the morrows the animals and anyone in the line of the storm.

This is coming after the fact because I was working while you guys were going through it - I'm so glad that it is now out of your hair 🙏 I did see LE's short Facebook video during some of it and thankfully it wasn't anywhere near Imelda or Harvey. Just some minor repair to the roof of the Barndominium. The biggest blessing out of all of this - much needed rain for the pastures! I haven't heard yet - but I hope that the dam held 🙏 Now onto clean up! Y'all did a wonderful job getting prepared for Beryl 👍 Take care, stay cool 😎& have a gr-8 day 😊!

Yes, there will be a lot of clean up afterward but no one at any of the properties has been hurt, human or babies. Hope y’all stay safe and they’ve done enough to keep the dam from breaching.❤️❤️

I hope the dam holds. I was amazed to see just how huge Lake Livingston was when we went over the bridge!!

On Saturday, they reported that the dam repairs would be finished Sunday. No worries.

Could be they aren't JUST native ghosts but also the folks who lived there but also the military in that area from about 150 years ago. I don't dispute that there is definitely something a little eerie about the place and I'm not superstitious but I'll be darned if it wouldn't give me pause to own it.

Lester, Lake Livingston is the largest lake in Texas and this is very scary. The dam has had problems before. My thoughts and prayers are with you and yours. Stay safe and take care and have a bless evening.

You've provided enough to protect the animals so if you did have to get Lex & Jami out then they should be ok. That's all we can ask for you to do. Because as much as it hurts your first priority is Lex & your second is Jamie. Thank you for prepping enough that everyone should have a safe place for themselves & their animals if it's needed again I'm praying you get a good soaking rain but no flooding or at least not enough to hurt anything. That includes everyone around you too. Seriously though the Argo & your boats is great to have for an emergency. You guys stay safe out there. I hope everything goes ok if one or more of the ladies calve in the next few days. Hopefully they'll either have them in a safe spot or hold them in until after the storm.
