Hi, nice renovation, especially when it comes to lighting works, it really makes the interior feels lovely and cozy. If i would ask, what is the color temperature for the interior lighting?

The entire house is using warm white lighting which is around 3000k colour temperature, except kitchen and dining area which are using cool white lighting under 4000k colour temperature:)

hmmmm... only renovation without furniture and other things, how much is the charges?

Some of the pictures seems to be using wide angle to make the illusions of a longer / bigger space... 3:30 vs 3:35, the sofa is shorter than the previous one. 😄 Great design though...

yes, it is a 4-room BTO flat

It would be nice to see the actual renovation--the owner interview is not useful for international viewers--I don't see your talent; the interview videos might work better for your local area advertisement, but for international purposes it's better to showcase your work for global recognition. I only saw one video where you actually showed your work. You do wonderful work but I didn't see much of it in this video and the others of the same.
