One of my favorite channels except it makes me hungry, I love the way the kids always get fed at the end and they seem so polite and respectful. This generous man has the good life.

Gee I envy the children being able to tuck into his food, food that he prepares so lovingly & with such GREAT skill. Gosh, I need a 'firewall' to cook the Kebab, no worries, I'll just build one. You know a man connected to nature and peace with life when you see one. That kebab looks like the worlds best kebab because it's made by a man like you

Watching this guy cook with so much love and care and share it with the children gives me such calm. He really can do it all I mean he is so talented and his food looks and I am sure tastes amazing, but what makes it even better that he shares it with the children of that village. And he doesnt do it in a show off poor kids way like other channels, this guy does it in a respectful way and makes it look so honorable , like hey I am cooking a bunch of food and a few children from the town are coming to dinner. Love this channel! You sir are an inspiration and a Hero... because not all Heroes wear capes ;)

This is the only place I know of where many of the recipes start with brick and mortar to build your oven. The burning wall of charcoal is magnificent. I’m definitely having a sandwich for breakfast now.
