Love the table, functional so why replace it. As for being too busy to improve things, have a look at the FastCap videos. They are a manufacturing company who spend 30-60 minutes every day making improvements and this 'lost' time makes them significantly more productive and efficient.

The problem with a vehicle that big is that it won't fit in most underground garages. I use a Grand Caravan and it barelly fits both in terms of height and lenght. It's always complicated to navigate and park it underground. So if I was to buy a replacement vehicle I would not go larger than the grand caravan even if having more space inside would be really desirable.

As for prices, the best advice I can give you is to make a list of all the expenses you will have to do anything, add the salary you want to make, a profit margin for the business and then calculate your prices based on that. Don't forget things like administration, product costs, gas and vehicle expenses if you are mobile, and so on. For myself, I give myself 25% of the income of the company as salary. The rest is for expenses, groth (new equipment, ads, etc) and of course taxes, expenses. So if you want to make really simple, you could decide the salary you want to give yourself and multiply by 4 to have a ball park idea. Then it can be tweeked once you know and understand your expenses. Make sure to write down everything, it's very easy to forget about expenses because there are so many. Good luck!
