A highlight tribute to kickboxing legend Branko Cikatić (4 October 1955 - 22 March 2020)

Branko Cikatić (4 October 1955 - 22 March 2020) was a Croatian heavyweight kickboxer, the first Croatian-born fighter to achieve international success. He was the first K-1 World Grand Prix Champion. The tournament was held on April 30, 1993 in Japan.
In 2018, Cikatić had a pulmonary embolism and whilst in hospital acquired an infection causing sepsis and was later diagnosed as suffering from Parkinson's disease. He passed away on the 22nd of March, 2020.

Another Croatian sporting legend
I'm just learning now what a legend Branko was. My dad was Croatian and he brought my grandmother over to Canada during the war. He seems like a very honest and powerful fighter!
U Brankovom tijelu i Duhu je kompletni Duh hrvatske Snage,Boli i Patnje ! Bože podari još ovakvih hrvatskih sinova ,vjerujem da je i Brankov sin Bruno u Duhu hrvatskom !
Likovi protiv kojih se bori na kraju karijere su večinom mlađi 10-15g...i opet pobjeđuje ili im pravi velike probleme..RIP legendo🙏🍀
