Sheikh Yasser Dossary is my favourite too, hands down! I listen to him for hours on end. I've just started hifdh in my free time at age 29. I took online tajweed classes last year for 6 months from an Egyptian guy and basically learnt it like a kid and now its so satisfying to recite/memorise. I can't do it at the pace you younger guys with a teacher can, but alhamdulillah it feels so good to get through a page or a Surah. Indescribable feeling. Make du'a for me if you read this!

It is even more difficult for housewives, for moms who are trying to memorize the book of Allah. Sometimes they are not even helped by their families. And sometimes the islamic, practicing families make it difficult for the moms and wives. Want to listen about this and want to know the path for the sisters plz

Assalamu alaykum. Can you please make a video of best ways to strengthen your Hifdh when you're doing it the second time round? There's a lot of methods and techniques mentioned on how to do hifdh the first cycle, but not much out there on the second and third cycle

He’s mentioned it before in other lectures. I believe it was because his memory was so strong. That to the point he wasn’t seen holding any book, because it was all memory.
What is the name of Intro and Outro Nasheed?

Anyone who knows the Asian system Sheikh mentioned please reply to me I would really love to know that system
@sai3d160

Sabak=new memorization Dor= old memorisation(practice) Sabak dor = close revision ( usually same juz you are learning) The system usually is giving the teacher your sabak (new memorisation) and after that giving your dor or sabak dor which allows for constant revision. ( this is just what I’ve experienced, also can be completed in different order)
