As someone who lives near Michigan, a state that's legal for recreation, it's amazing how much money is being left on the table through untapped markets, simply because the government restrictions stop all the really cool stuff from happening. We need late night smoke lounges, cannabis hotels, bed and breakfasts, infused restaurants, etc.

Its a double edged sword when it comes to cannabis banking. On one hand your ability to over build is limited to capital on hand. The other is everything you make is equity with minimal liabilties because you have to operate with cash🤷♀️👍. Pay as you go=limited debt +maximum profits=long-term success and no overlords.

From what I see in Florida the black market price for good weed is about 250$ oz.. I can find cheaper or the same in dispensaries for now but have like seven dispensaries within ten miles so maybe just because of competition.

Yeah it’s a different format from our other videos with more people and broader information. Stock footage is not our preference but theres only so much we can do to cover this much info on a video thats already been demonetized. Thankfully we had sponsors to help but it’s still not financially viable to film all original footage for a 45min video that won’t earn a dollar from KZread.

Not a great video in the sense that it is so one-sided. There are plenty of negative sides to canabis and they were not really touched here. It felt more like a 45 minute advertisement than anything else.
