    I'm just pulling my hair out each time he gets a "can go anywhere" tile and instead of unlocking 6 tiles anywhere he builds it adjacent to existing stuff and getting 2-3 new tiles. Especially near the end when he was complaining about his lack of options I wanted to grab him mouse from him :p

    In urbek city builder you can walk around your city from the view point of a citizen too, and I can confirm that such a viewpoint is very satisfying to look at the town or city you built from.

    Every City builder game or anything similar should have a walk around mode. Its such an obvious addition to games like this. Props to the solo dev

    Dorfromantik gives you perfect tile bonus retroactively, meaning you will get it if you surround existing tile with 6 appropriate new tiles.

    My family and I went to the museum in Jacksonville, FL today for my birthday and we went over the Main Street bridge. I've always loved big bridges and I got excited and I thought of you lol. That might be a good bridge for your real bridges series. 😊

    If you want a more traditional city builder where you can walk around your city, there’s an iOS game called “Pocket City 2” that’s pretty great. You can even fly around on a hang glider.

    As long as it's supported by trusses or arches to bear the load of the building, then it's just weatherproofing your structure, and then it counts as engineering, right? But then, I'm both an artist and an engineer, which is suspiciously close to the path of the architect, so maybe that's exactly what an architect would want you to think?

    Day seventeen of asking Matt to add the Second Narrows Bridge, Ironworkers Memorial to the Wheel of Bridgetune It is a cantilevered truss bridge, carrying 6 lanes of traffic from Vancouver to North Vancouver in B.C. across the second narrowing of the Burrard Inlet. It's name comes from the fact that it collapsed twice during construction, which unalived 23 people in total (Hence the name, ironworkers memorial).

    I'ma ber honest, When RCE misread Ranger Camp as Banger Camp, I imagined a different kind of sausage with a bit of a stronger shape to it. Then I imagined a camp where they make great music, and it wasn't until he mentioned sausages that I remembered that they call some sausages that across the pond.

    I think you'd like a game called "Urbek city builder", which is as more of a puzzle game than a city builder. It exploits the overlapping effects of building to ludicrous degrees. Made by a solo developer

    In Citystate 2 you can drive around in your car and explore your towns as well if you want. But it’s not like this hex game type. Its Style is somewhere between Urbek and Cities XXL

    Some see an engineer telling them to join the way of light and very strong shapes some see a cloaked figure in a back alley speaking in a gruff voice telling them to join the architect side then there's this game that throws both out the window efficiency beauty neither matter just get the points

    Not true, you get 2x points if the tile is placed in between 6 positively-scoring tiles!

    @@barancemcesme3903 In some situations it is, in some it's not. But to get a really high score, you do need to get a lot of these perfect placements - that's one of the main strategies for the game! :) You will not get a huge score if you just place it in the current highest-scoring tile, that would be too easy. This way there is more strategy involved.
