Who would’ve expected a jump

Gotta love Sacandaga. Thats on my bucket list to catch a giant pike. I suppose I need to start fishing again lol

In all my years living near sacandaga and being in the lake I’ve never seen a fish that big, guess I’m got head down there one weekend with the boat and try for some

Going say the camp site i would need to be in my boat to fiqure out in front of my fish finder! My boat is for sale if anyone on here is looking for a new rig!! Its 2018 nitro amazing boat!!

from what local legend and hearing stories Daga has/holds MONSTER pike I wanna fish for them bad this year while at camp on the weekends for sure! is the dam a good spot? I'm new to targeting these babies so any help is appreciated I've only caught them by accident

There is monster pike in sacandoga...i live five mins away from it and been fishing it my whole life...sacandoga still holds the north american lake record n at one time it was the world record pike at 46 lbs...and ive seen some looking like tree branches till u get close n relize its a pike...there is also HUGE crappie in sacandoga...its a gem

In a fishing tourney few years back on sacandoga...that day there was a 45" a 47" and a 50" caught...it was a ice fisbing tourney but even still...shows you sacandoga is top notch pike fishing
