Great presentation as usual by Julia. I like the design, it's clean and fresh. Love the future looking features of the house like the electric charger and solar. Every house in the Philippines in this price point should have solar. The only thing I don't like is that it does not have a pool. A house in this price point should already have a pool and bigger secondary kitchen.

I live near this area, and one thing i can tell you about this is, be careful if your time is valuable, even if the road is secluded from the main road, people use is as a main, which makes it always traffic during rush hour.

Hi presello, I barely comment on videos but I do hope you guys read the one I'm leaving right now. I really really enjoy your house tours and in my opinion you guys are the best out of all the Filipino touring channels! Although, I think I'm a little disappointed with how the flow of the video evolved, the constant switching of the camera angle in the intro is actually giving me motion sickness. I hope you bring back the continuous shots because they feel more authentic and less inhumane. I love both angles but i think it would be better if the switching between them would be lessen, it also ruins focus. It would also be nice if you bright back putting details of the house in the description, I personally like checking how many bedroom a house has before finishing the video. You guys are still super amazing and im still an avid fan, but i genuinely jusy hope you guys bring back the old style 🙏

I just find it weird when there are tours like this where they do not include the staff quarters. For the floor area and number of cars you can fit, you’ll need at least 4 house help and 2 chauffeurs. For the price point, they should already know that prospect buyers will bring a whole ENTOURAGE of staff with them.

₱120m is such an unreasonable price for this house… even with all the furniture and appliances, it shouldn’t even cost that high lol such a severely overpriced house but i guess you’re paying more for the location and subdivision’s amenities than you are for the house lol i mean come on… it’s ₱120 MILLION and the main living area looks like that? that house shouldn’t cost more than ₱100m if we’re being realistic but as always, julia does a great job to present the house even though every bedroom that she says is spacious is more crowded than the subdivision
