These are some things I do which have helped me achieve skin free from acne and glowing all day. - Use a mild face wash that eliminates extra oil and cleanses your skin well. I suggest littlleextra rriiceberry face cleanser only as it balances the skin pH too. - Eat a healthy diet. Avoid oily, junk, and spicy foods. Choose vegetables, fruits, and foods rich in vitamins C, E, A, antioxidants, and minerals. - Exercise aids purify impurities, so make sure to exercise regularly to cleanse your whole body. - Stay away from touching your face often because our hands are often full of germs that can lead to acne when they touch the face. - Once or twice a week, use an oil or serum for a facial massage to improve circulation. - Apply riceberry vitamin c face serum everyday as it has antioxidants and it helped me reduce dark spots and I got radiant skin. - Weekly, do a cleanup routine: cleansing, steam, scrubbing, apply a mask, and rub 2-3 ice cubes. - Clean your brushes and other things you use because they can harbor germs that can cause acne when they come into contact with your skin.

I generally don’t comment on any video but the thing is that she is so natural.She is not applying makeup and skin care but is also imparting knowledge that’s accurate too. She loves what she is doing and is passionate about it. Maybe that’s why it feels easy to watch her. The accent,the way in which she is talking doesn’t sound fake.after so much time found a star kid who is this natural.she is genuine.

I can't believe this information is for free. Palak deserves her own KZread make-up channel. She's so caring when it comes to her own products. It's not like she's owning make-up or skin care products for the sake of it. She's been using the same product since she was 14,16 etc . Look I never had acne when I was younger .Now I am older I have acne ,it 's called adult acne .Specially the cystic ones suck a lot .Well you must had isitretinoin if your acne sucked a lot or any other oral antibiotics to get it treated then ?
