    It is nice pasta salad but too much apple cider vinegar to me. I would substitute the apple vinegar with water and olive oil and tea spoon of apple vinegar.

    I love that this recipe isnt zucchini noodles trying to be normal noodles just embracing its own wacky weird thing. Looks real good.

    Thanks for the video, be healthier if you used lemon or lime instead of vinegar. Celery also has a high amount of processed natural salt. For raw food purest’s, better if the the sun dried tomatoes are soaked in room temperature water.

    Looks interesting, but I hate eating mushrooms raw... I mean they are soo much better after cooking, so I would either leave them out or simply fry them up a bit with soy sauce.

    Cooking does not eliminate fiber. The fiber is still there.

    usually people who eat raw have digestive issues in the first place. thats alot of fiber to eat the skin and vegetables usually have skin to deter creatures from eating them. theres a reason people peel cucumbers and zucchini, hard to digest. yes if ur juicing it u could leave the skin on, but unless its organic I also wouldnt recommend cause they add wax to them

    @@pakbowl420 If it is non-organic, you want to peel it due to pesticides; also you can get parasites if you don't really wash it in vinegar or veggie wash.

    When I make zucchini noodles I’ll use yellow squash. That way I can maintain the look of pasta and still get the nutrition in the skin. I guess I have an iron stomach!

    I peel it, and add the peel to smoothies and raw sauces. Peeling helps for an authentic noodle texture. 🥰

    personally i like making my own pasta with different types of grains, but i have no one who would appreciate such process it takes to make pasta from grinding the grains for the flour to making the pasta and so on.

    so far i like barley with a bit of brown rice flour for pasta, but i am up for trying new types of flour for pasta except for oat flour.

    Lemon or lime juice, rice, tarragon, white or rose' balsamic, white and red wine vinegars. All of which are less acidic tasting than apple cider vinegar.
