I know I’m late to the party, but found this recently and made it for dinner today. I thoroughly enjoyed this dish. KMFTTS (kissing my fingers to the sky)!!! 😊
It is nice pasta salad but too much apple cider vinegar to me. I would substitute the apple vinegar with water and olive oil and tea spoon of apple vinegar.
I'm not going to lie, that looks delicious. Very much looking forward to making this.

I love that this recipe isnt zucchini noodles trying to be normal noodles just embracing its own wacky weird thing. Looks real good.
"gives you smoother slippies" - best name for ghost poopies ever
Red onions would be good to in the salad
Thanks for the video, be healthier if you used lemon or lime instead of vinegar. Celery also has a high amount of processed natural salt. For raw food purest’s, better if the the sun dried tomatoes are soaked in room temperature water.
That looks amazing!!!!
this looks fire. love the raisins to add sweetness nice touch
This looks delicious!!
❤ I’m just loving this! I’m trying to enhance my life and my family’s. I really love your name Feed The Change! Thank you for sharing!

WOW - some salad. Just stumbled across your channel. You have a great voice (or is it just good microphone / or both). Anyhow that was artistry in action. That little knob of turmeric actually looked like a little man with stubby arms - cracked me up. That was a nice mix of veggies. Thanks
Awesome!!!
So nice!
That looks so good damn
Hi! I enjoyed this video. Thank you. I'm trying to eat more raw meals. I will try your recipe.😊❤

Yeah, that looks a bit vinegary to me. Less vinegar and more water would suit me much better! 🥰
Wonderful!!! Thanke you so much ❤ I really hope I can soon get myself a Vitamix blender as it really does Wonders in preparing delicious healthy meals. This raw zucchini salad is by fare the nicest and yummiest one I have seen. And iam looking forward when i can make it. Thanke you for it ❤🌹🙏P. S. Did you trow in the Buckwheat raw? ( or soaked over night)
Looks interesting, but I hate eating mushrooms raw... I mean they are soo much better after cooking, so I would either leave them out or simply fry them up a bit with soy sauce.

Cooking does not eliminate fiber. The fiber is still there.
No peeling & cut up core eat or cook! Done this for years!,
she just peeled and threw out so much nutrients. Keep the skin on.

usually people who eat raw have digestive issues in the first place. thats alot of fiber to eat the skin and vegetables usually have skin to deter creatures from eating them. theres a reason people peel cucumbers and zucchini, hard to digest. yes if ur juicing it u could leave the skin on, but unless its organic I also wouldnt recommend cause they add wax to them

@@cIeetz but a lot more people peel vegetables because they were taught that and think its a must.

@@pakbowl420 If it is non-organic, you want to peel it due to pesticides; also you can get parasites if you don't really wash it in vinegar or veggie wash.

When I make zucchini noodles I’ll use yellow squash. That way I can maintain the look of pasta and still get the nutrition in the skin. I guess I have an iron stomach!

I peel it, and add the peel to smoothies and raw sauces. Peeling helps for an authentic noodle texture. 🥰
What brand of knife is that?
personally i like making my own pasta with different types of grains, but i have no one who would appreciate such process it takes to make pasta from grinding the grains for the flour to making the pasta and so on.

The title of the video indicates raw cooking. If it is raw, there is no cooking, so...
Too much cider vinegar 😮one tablespoon is usually enough
you must not eat raw mushrooms

Why do vegan recipe videos frequently go out of their way to mention meat? I want to see vegan videos that only talk about the recipe and don't throw in side commentary about meat.
