Salmon's awkwardness makes the videos so much more tingly for me. I think all the mouth breathing reminds me of when my friends used to play with my hair or do my make up when I was a kid, and we all had clumsy motor skills. Also, PLEASE PLEASE do a video where Salmon goes ghost hunting! I've thought that ghost hunting would be awesome for an ASMR video for a long time now, and Salmon would make it so much fun!

I probably've already said this somewhere but Salmon makes me believe that the Clark Kent disguise is plausible. Very good acting, hair and the glasses actually do enough to create a look that's very disguise-y.

Salmon reminds me of the girl who gave me slight asmr before I knew what it was in Napoleon Dynamite taking pictures. That scene gave me major tingles.

What...? Turtle photoshoots are a noble cause. Screw that boss.

It could be I have a lot of really close autistic friends that I frequently hang with...but I read Salmon as somewhere on the spectrum... personally...Which makes her really comforting in the videos to me personally as I know so many people on the spectrum in my own life. Also Salmon is cool as heck. Anyone who makes ridiculous themed fanfics and races storms for fun is my kind of buddy.

It breaks my heart to think that Salmon isn't real, because I am desperately in love with her.

She says it almost 100 times (96 is my count but I was slipping in and out of sleep so i’m sure I missed a few). Not a fun drinking game

This reminds me of the first time I had a sleepover with my best friend from middle school and we did each other's makeup and nails. We had to whisper because we weren't supposed to be up past 11. We were both trying to be so cool but we were so awkward and she had a lateral lisp that was being corrected with lots of orthodontic work. There's a nostalgic comfort to this that I love, if that makes sense.

Oh dear Lord. I'm an old woman compared to the rest of you as a woman in her mid-30s, but I distinctly recall being uncomfortably like Salmon when I was growing up, esp before I entered high school. Imagine a version of Salmon who talked like a walking encyclopedia and had an obsession with local and national news and the weather. She grew up to be a relatively normal professional, but not an ordinary human being. Salmon's going to be okay.

You should do a series of videos where Salmon works at various different stores like pet stores, bakeries, candle stores, etc. and each new episode she talks about what weird thing she did that got her fired from the last job (video). It would be so awesome to see this!

The scalp massage portion of this gave me the first dose of tingles I've ever had! I've watched ASMR for relaxation before but omg that was crazy cool

I have probably played this video 50 or more times but most of the time I am working on a different screen and don't watch (just listen with headphones). Even without watching it is still one of my all time favorite ASMR videos. Today I watched it all the way through and I love it even more now!! The facial expressions add a lot and make a hilarious story even funnier!!
