Trae to Spurs makes sense. Donovan Mitchell also makes sense for the spurs. Spida to the Knicks doesn’t make very much sense at this point -JB is the Star guard, and the Knicks have plenty of shooting with Donte DiVincenzo, and deuce McBride, as well as OG, stroking it from three. The Knicks need an upgrade at power forward.

I don't know what will happen to the raptors pick that they have. but one thing is for sure at this point they will get Nikola topic or sheppard or dillingham. if the raptors pick is available knecht or buzelis in the wing is probabbly the choice. a lot of teams have high expectations this play off and many will be disappointed. Fruits will start falling from trees. I hope Jayson Tatum is one of them. i'm not wishing for the celtics down fall though. but as a spurs fans that would be great to have tatum.

The only way I see Cavs trading Spida rather than letting him walk in 2025 free agency, is if Cavs lose in the 1st round again and Spida doesn't want to be there next season

I think they would move randle and play KAT at the 4 with Robinson at the 5. KAT being able to space the floor would open so much more and he can also score inside. I don't know how much better the Knicks would be, but I personally would find that team entertaining

I don't know why anyone ever thinks it's a good idea to pursue high paid, low IQ players, because I've never seen it work out well, ever. Nobody as dumb as KAT has ever been the 2nd or even 3rd best player on a championship team that I know of. That makes his contract among the worst in the league, as it's almost impossible to have room for $60mil on your 4th best player. He also has a bad attitude and lacks the drive to win. Seriously, people should pay more attention to the human rather than just the tools and the skills, esp for the biggest contracts. Dumb players don't win championships, unless they're buried behind better players. As questionable as Randle's fit is, I'd take him 100/100 times over KAT. If Randle must be traded, we gotta look elsewhere.

Mitchell won't give an answer on if he is going to resign or leave for a new team and he is trying to make Cleveland believe he will resign so that when he leaves he won't be going to a team that gutted its roster to acquire him. Look at some of the teams that have done that to get a star player and .make a run at the title only to have to blow it up and start a rebuild with no draft picks at least not their own. He is playing it smart if winning is his #1 priority.

I don't see KAT being traded. Sure wolves haven't been too bad record wise since he went down but they are starving for offence unless Naz or Ant have amazing nights. KAT brings so much more to that side plus he's a solid defender for bigs out on the perimeter. Conley I think is the most expendable player at the moment. Lakers should go for Giddey. Basically a 6'8 PG that is pretty solid all round but inconsistent shooter. Pair him with DLo/Reaves in the backcourt though to make up for his lack of shooting. Lakers can probably send someone veteran in return that is more beneficial to Thunder like Vanderbilt and Vincent to not overpay aswell (Vanders would be amazing next to Chet and SGA). Spurs need a real PG who plays hard. They don't need to compete next season but can draft a good PG this draft. Chase Caruso or Garland if needed. Trae is a bad fit for Coach Pop (no defence). Tyus Jones would be a great target. McLaughlin from Wolves too. No need to aim for a superstar PG with such a transcendent talent was Wemby. Surround him with shooters and defenders and great playmakers.

I think Donovan Mitchell gotta be the absolute lead guard to be at his best, kinda like how Wade was a combo guard with the Heat where he can playmake & score , to win a chip he’d need to be with an elite wing like a Tatum or Ingram type player, maybe the Cavs should pick between one of their guards & one of their bigs and use Garland/Allen to get as much help for Mitchell & Mobley and they’d be a legit contender or turn Mitchell into Herro & young players and build

If Miami is going to trade for Spida, Jaime Jacquez and Herro will both 100% be gone, they will have offer competition from the Knicks and, yes, the Brooklyn Nets. Sure, he will prefer elsewhere, but the Nets are being run like a gong show right now and they have all those Phoenix 1sts. I can see them delusionally offering Cam Thomas, DFS, and all those valuable Phoenix 1sts to get Spida to pair with Mikal. Would be a good move no Joke but i doubt the Cavs would agree to that there is a higher chance Mitchell gets traded.

Remember the Luka + Porzingis plan? It made sense just didn't work, Porzingis is just not that guy, he got hurt often, he didn't want to go into paint area, and he doesn't have the drive to win (as a main option, now he is a over qualified role player, his drive is good enough). But Wembanyama is all of that then some, right now the mavs look great, but they are in a gamble mode, they really need to win enough this playoffs, if this year they lost in the first round, and some disharmony happens, maybe just maybe spurs can make a great package to get Luka with Wemby, Wemby himself is a great draw to any star that can play offball just a little. With those two you can fill the roster with two-ways and still be a contender.
