But because Diluc's story was shown *heavily* in both the manga and in the game, he still remains as *one of the most* popular guys in Genshin (fr tho, the manga made him look more badass). It's just that the most popular characters right now are the broken waifus- Hu Tao and Ganyu. So if you take away *meta popularity*, you'd see just how large Diluc's fanbase actually is.

Meh, Diona’s dad doesn’t abuse her or neglect her to any extent, he just doesn’t plat with her when he’s drunk because he’s too busy rolling in the mud like a pig. She gets very embarrassed because she doesn’t want people to know she’s related to him, but when he’s not drunk, she admires him like a hero.

Kaeya is 100% my favorite, from the start, he’s an interesting character, he’s the second character I didn’t get bored of fast, I usually get bored of stuff either in a few days or hours (I’m still surprised I haven’t gotten bored of genshin, I’m scared that I might if I keep playing it too much), but I didn’t get bored of him (or that other character) and I don’t think I will anytime soon, I love him a lot, he’s also one of my comfort characters, and I kinda kin him, he made love the game 10x more

Gameplay wise, I'm suprised there are many who likes Kaeya. Personally, I find his attack sequence slow. And he does this thing where he tiptoes after the last slash of his basic attack, making it hard to follow up with another basic attack sequence. I agree that he's an interesting character though. Story and personality wise

Eula has to be my favorite character in Genshin. She started out as someone who was hated by everyone because of the Lawrence clan's bad history; she even had to hunt for her own food because of it. But despite all that, she did her best to rise up the ranks and became a captain of the Knights of Favonius, and I respect her for that. Gameplay wise, I love how her kit is basically a time bomb.

Tbh that's such a hard question considering how many great characters we have, but I think I'd have to go with kaeya, hes the most interesting to me

My favourite charachter is hands down xingqiu, he's a nerdy feminine guy who's good at martial arts, what more can i ask for he's perfect

My favorite certainly is Beidou, she always carried me since the beginning, so even having Hutao,Ganyu, Zhongli... no one can overcome the uncrowned sea queen. Her story is so great, the fact that she had to steal things to survive, but now she doesn't want to anyone having to pass for this is too wholesome. The way she helps people in necessity is so heart-warming. Characters can launch, but the pirate queen will ever be eternal for me.

Childe is my favourite, i am going to max his talents as soon as possible!

I relate to Bennett so much, he’s my favorite. He drives everyone away and has trouble making friends. He had some at one point, but they all left. Watching someone do his story quest play through really made me cry (you can call me sensitive if you must, but it really hit close to home)

Fun fact: Paimon is known as Lucifers most loyal subject. In some biblical text Paimon is described as having a beautiful face while others just describe him (yes, Paimon is described and addressed using masculine pronouns) as a king. Paimon is also describe as the 9th pillar of the Ars Goetia, which explains why Paimon in GI is seen making a cameo as a pillar in the opening animation when the game starts up. I would have been like: Keqing! She was my first 5 star and I didn't even know she was a 5 star at the time

Beidou is my favorite! Not only is she super awesome just in move set (especially her incredible counter!) and visuals, she is seemingly a wonderful person! I hope to see her someday in the main story or in her own side story :)

I have a cross between 3 characters for favorites but for different reasons. Diona because she is OP for support, Sucrose because I like her shy personality, and Yanfei for both playstyle and she is adorable.

Noelle is my favourite 'cause I can relate her situation with the Knights. I'm sending applications every day to a design and illustration studios, and they reject me every single time saying "you have potential, but is not your time". Also I'm the kind of person who is there for everyone. So yeah. Noelle.

My friend asked me that question I had no proper answer but I did tell them my least favourite, aloy I don't hold anything against her, she seems cool, she just doesn't fit the vibe I feel with every other genshin character If I really had to pick, albedo, kaeya and chongyun are definitely up there

Kazuhas dead friend. He Is my fav cause he is almost entirely made by the fandom. I mean, MiHoyo barely gave him a voice and a face, but the fandom gave him a whole personality, hobbys, relationships, etc, They even gave him a name! Its really wholesome

My favorite character is Albedo, im a drawer myself and i relate to him a lot about the creative process..........except i have not the talent to draw Kaeya in two strokes lmao.

I would say my fav genshin character is the traveler, i respect the first 5-star character i have

That's gotta be the hardest question in all of genshin, like, all of the characters are cientifically designed to be as lovable and adorable and sexy and idk its just impossible to pick favourites

My fav character is xingqiu is very sad because I don't have many content of him, actually I have never met any other xingqiu kinnie or stan or whatever. Xingqiu stans where are you?? 😫😫😫😫😫

I’d say bennett, god i love him when i first got him on the beginner banner besides noelle, i literally mained this man before his buff and popularity, so glad he got the recognition he deserved.

My favorite is Hu tao. Her personality is kinda relatable and I also really like paranormal activities. I find her naming statues adorable. She's my main and she most likely won't change. Her waiting to see her grandfather in Wuwang Hill(I think it was) to see him. She also will protect and keep her grandfather's hat safe and clean. If she comes home dirty, her hat will be clean. Nothing else would be clean.

Some came in my world, made a deez nuts joke and left. It was great

Mine is Childe! Literally got him on the last day of his banner rerun, I was about to cry. Also he's my strongest character so far and he's really fun to play as

I’d say Zhongli 500%, even when my profile is Hu Tao

The only characters I cared about levelling up currently are Diona and Xinyan ;w; Jean is also slowly getting there and I’m sorry but I’ve left Qiqi at level 20 ;w;

the hedgehog dancing to merry go round of life made me cry

My favorites are Kaeya, Lisa and Amber! Lisa because I relate to her. I’m a lazy history nerd who really likes tea, Kaeya mainly because I’m intrigued with his backstory. I think he looks cool but I mainly want to know more about what happened in his life and what’s behind his eyepatch and Amber because her backstories actually really sweet and interesting! I also enjoy playing with her :DDD (though I do not main her anymore :(( I now main Barbara)

I've got to say, for a minute I thought you were famous. You're underrated.

Same tbh. I forget things all the time and i'm sleep deprived and pretty much feel like a zombie every day :D

Im dying this is so funny i can’t even breathe…

The dancing Hedgehog makes me want to dance with it but I can't because I'm so comfortable in my bed and it makes me want to cry beaakjexnja
