Me and my toddler collect rocks on our walk and when paint them when we get home. Then they go in our flower beds.

I paint rocks then put them around my neighborhood and local park for others to find.

These are my favorite type of videos! Thank you for sharing your life with us! My husband and I made it through several deployments when he was in the marines but didn’t have kids, so I can only imagine how much harder that much be!! Praying this is the last one for your family!!

Children wanting to drop naps is normal, at 3 if mines didn’t want to nap they had quiet time in bed with a book or stuffie. No playing with each other and more times than not the fell asleep during the 1 to 1 1/2 hours of quiet time and you get that break too. Just they laying down, not talking, not playing is huge help to get through that rough hour before bed.

My son used to love having a banana in the store, so we always bought it first. When he could have coins safely in a little zippered container(then later a cute wallet). Then he could see what coins he had when paying for the banana. Helped so much as he learned to count his change(this was a great teaching tool)!😊❤

Morgan, Have you thought about getting rhe boys a little pool? Sun and water will encourage the nap time to happen. The boys may be fussy alittlenit maybe after Haring Daddy voice they miss him and are clinging alittle bit more to you! I hope The deployment goes quick for both you and Nathan. It took six years and finally fertility drugs for me to get pregnant with my daughter. When she was 6 months old, I found out I was pregnant with twins - identical boys. I remember when they began to stop napping. It was a tough adjustment for me. When I made taco meat, I would make 5 pounds at a time, and package it in sandwich bags and freeze it. Was so handy for a quick dinner of tacos, or nachos. I continued this right through their teenage years.

Hoping that you can keep with the naps, they may need more play time, to run their batteries down. Checking with your pediatrician on their next appointment for tips or confirmation of a growth spurt disrupting their nap time. Also more stimulation with other children helps run children's battery down too.😊❤

If they give up nap you can make it quiet time. Then they can just read books or play some quiet toys in their beds. It always worked with my kids. LOL

Yes! Institute quiet time immediately so that it becomes routine! My 6 year old hasn't napped regularly in over 3 years, but we still do quiet time daily. It's a sanity saver. My daughter has one hour. She's allowed to read books, sleep, play with quiet toys, or color (bc she's older and I can trust her now). If she is loud or uncooperative, we extend quiet time longer. It was only hard at first... Now it's just our routine and we all love it.

Sometimes they do and sometimes they don’t, but we always do quiet time. Really depends if they fall asleep or not haha

I was just thinking the other day how I loved them as babies, but they’re so much more fun now that we get to do things together. Plus, randomly hearing “ I wuv you mommy” definitely makes me feel like all of my work/effort doesn’t go unnoticed haha

Hearing Nathan reading the boys a story before bed was the most Beautiful moment of this whole video, Morgan, I don’t even know you But for a young Mom to twin toddlers, You are such an Inspiration and An Amazing Mom to your little humans, you have everything routined and your little boys are so precious and well mannered, I love how they share with one another and what one does the other does, You Are Seen As A Great Influence On Them as they get older, and You do it with no outside help, the boys could be a bit fussy from missing Dada, hopefully he’ll be home soon and the boys will settle back into the routine of just Muma for the time being and the way they said Thank You Muma when you gave them each a piece of donut, just goes to show What a Great Mom You Really Are.
