Papa pickle channel needs to post more farming simulator content

Hearing your Dad say "Buying Retail and Selling Wholesale" Opened my eyes to some of the stuff that farmers have to deal with that I never even thought of! This series is so fantastic.

Hey Jake and Papa, liking the vids. Your idea about farm to table is a good one. I cooked in a restaurant, for 10 years, that was farm to table as much as possible. The down side being, buying local does tend to drive costs up but the people here where I live didn't seem to mind. There were still some things that had to come from distributors because they were not available locally.

liters are usually used for liquids, but really its just a measurement of volume so its correct even if its a bit unusual. farming simulator chose to measure everything in the same units, so sometimes its a bit unusual but if you decide have to pick one unit of measure for everything, liters is as good as any

Hey Jake, they do make a mod from THUNDR called unit converter. That will help y’all with making all the units read bushels and pounds instead of liters. Love all the FS content keep it up!!!

Don't forget you can unload your combine into another combine. Done that in real life!

Liters are a measurement of volume not specifically liquids.

Finally I’m watching the latest episode, Absolutely love the series formal and papa can’t for more episodes. Keep up the great work guys

liters are also used to measure volume, a cubic decimeter is 1 liter, so 10cm x 10cm x 10cm wich is 61 cubic inches, wich means a cubic meter is 61000 cubic inches or 35.3 cubic foot

Hey the formal pickle you are playing on the same map that the squad was for there 2000 series.

They do litres because everywhere is different like around my area of the uk we use tonnes , you and the aussies use bushels . I think the likes of Germany use kilograms I just looked it up and it's a lot of maths 1 metric ton = 36.7437 bushels British long tonne = 2240 lbs American short ton = 2000 lbs

Love the vids and you and your dad should truck some. Also where the get 1 billion Dollars to buy the map go loved that series.

Please mention my story in the next video. I was workin' for a potato farmer last year and he bought this old beat up POS Chevy C70 potato truck with the floor rotting out in it and he ended up falling right through the floor lol. The story about your old S10 made me think of it

I think is vehicle sales customizer. You have to edit the xml to your liking after you download the mod.

249,926 L is 7,092 bushels. Google says 1 US bushel = 35.24 liters

So I got this game last week was wondering if there was a way to adjust the vehicle mirrors and when you start the game and take the contracts to work other peoples farms do they provide the tracter and equipment or do you have to buy the equipment

When you do a contract their should be an option next to accept contract saying “borrow vehicles”

All this talk about buying from the farmer, that’s exactly what I do, bought a single cow and had it slaughtered, put it all in the deep freeze, have steaks, ground beef to last me and the family the entire year, and saved hundreds of dollars in the process

There is two separate files for the map you have to download. One if for the map and one is for all the buildings

Just learn metric its so much easier to understand and fs22 has it because only america uses imperial so just learn it its so much easier to understand once you learn how to use it

The 2 fields by the poet make great grass fields for silage I get 125 180 bales off then using the mesh rap system. by the way there's no collision on the Pilon.

If you have to borrow that much money to farm and the return isn't that good why do it at all

Uber ... 60's 70's and 80's kids told not to get in cars of strangers... uber ... a strangers car with no company to complain to and no legal recourse ... and they want us to trust them with our food or kids .... sorry but UBER is wrong on every level ... at least a cab company has a way to be held responsible

UberEats is a different beast. They just returned my whole purchase amount today because of the shops error. Over $50 fully returned and I kept the food they delivered. They aren’t all bad, not the first time I received my whole amount back either, not third. DoorDash though 🤮
