3 eggplants
Water
1 tablespoon salt
olive oil
dry ground garlic
1 onion
2 peppers
3 tomatoes
3 cloves of garlic
150 grams of tomato paste
Salt
dried basil
smoked paprika
ground black pepper
100g mozzarella cheese
Breadcrumbs

Seen a similar recipe with minced meat served over white rice. Tried it.. my son loved it. I didn’t 🤭. I love eggplants and usually just sprinkle the pieces with just salt and either fry or bake. I could bite a finger savoring a meaty piece. 😋

Vous êtes sur que c'est un italien qui vous a donné cette recette ?? Déjà nous les italiens en fait dégorger les aubergines dans une passoire avec dû sel pour faire cette préparation et Non dans une casserole avec de l'eau comme ça elle vont jamais DÉGORGER faut arrêter de dénaturer là cuisine italienne ça c'est une invention de vous pour se plat 👎👎🤌🤌
