Never thought I’d say this, but I feel bad for Mr. L. He may have been arrogant but he doesn’t deserve to relive the trauma of Dimentio. Glad Luigi is there to give him love. Again I'm so sorry for more questions (My 12 year old brain just is happy that I can chat with u) so I have 2 questions, First, (I hope this isn't to personal) How old are u, and the second one is since u played Mario The Music Box I was just wondering because I think this would be really cool to add. So u know how Mr. L is a part of Luigi? Well could u maybe do a video of Alice coming back to Mario and so like she could control Mario half and full. Be in the never Have I Ever video, Luigi was the only one who was brainwashed , so I think you could bring Alice so yeah. I'm getting off topic, but my idea is Mario, Luigi, Peach, Daisy, Mimi, Professor E Gadd, and Bowser All come back together and Mario talks about that one question about being brainwashed and he tells everyone how he has been brainwashed many times and then Luigi and Peach remember that and then Alice comes back and she takes half-control of Mario and Browser like "She's not as powerful as me!" And yeah. So I'm really sorry I didn't think this would be THIS long, so yeah sorry to make u read this all, but I think u should do it. So please let me know on your thoughts on this. Hypothetical idea on how to make the paper Mario games being based on the real events, make sense. Basically, the paper Mario book is clearly some kind of magic (paper jam), so what if it can write its stories on its own, incorporating items around it into the story, Ex: ball of stickers = sticker star, origami = origami king, paint = color splash. with the rest of the games being something like reports of the adventures.

His theories did influence me a little, but not directly. The theories are absolutely not canon in my AU (which I've said multiple times because people keep asking about characters reacting to his videos). For my videos however, I mostly base my AU off of how the internet reacted to them. For a long time, a lot of people believed Matpat's theories on Mario to be true, me included at one point (because I was a naive little kid who didn't understand what a "theory" was lol). And because of that, a lot of people had the idea that Mario was this horrible person and that he didn't care about anyone, not even his brother. My take on that is that in the past, Mario was caring towards people, but he was mostly focused on other things such as the well being of the kingdom. He did care about Luigi at the time of course, since he was his brother, but because he was so focused on making sure the kingdom was safe, he indirectly began to distance himself from his brother for a while. After Luigi's Mansion however, and especially Mario Sunshine, Mario realized how much his brother really meant to him, and he started to try his best to include him in everything that he does (unless he thinks it's too dangerous for Luigi). However, every now and then when Mario is reminded of the past, he gets reminded of how he used to be. He feels as if he wasn't the best brother back then, so he keeps trying to do his best to make up for it. My version of Mario is someone who's a sort of perfectionist, and someone who also tries to make sure everyone around him is happy and safe. Even if that means putting his own life in danger. He likes being in the spotlight, but at the same time, there are moments where it gets overwhelming for him. Just having all eyes on him. He didn't really do anything bad in the past, it was mostly just things he did on accident that he wasn't aware of until much later. And now, in the present, he's doing whatever he can to be there for Luigi no matter what.
