What a guy! A humble man and always down to earth. He's an example for the coming generations. He came as a warrior and left as a legend of the game. We gonna miss you!
It makes no difference to me that he has no Grand Slam titles. He was an absolute joy to watch, as he would go nearly after every ball and was a true grinder, a perfect definition of someone who'd never quit. He'll be missed.
David, you will always be remembered for being a great person, great player, and having a great fighting spirit. Greatest player of all time with no grand slams. Farewell David Ferrer.

I hope those tournaments kept his bandana and showcase them in their stadium.
He will be missed.
David you gave to much for tenis, you deserve to rest and many happiness if future, i am Rafas 15 years, but you wetw my onothe player after Rafa worth watching, is was so ecsating and hearthbreaking, wacthing you two playing against rach other, you gave too much for the Davis cup for your country, and both Rafa and you are example for the other players what tenis is about, i shall miss you, i already do, will remember you for ever, have nice life with your beutifull family, and stay for alway Rafas friend, gracias David, fan from Srbia

In any other time in tennis he would have been a multi 1000 & Slam winner, but even in the age of the Big 4 he was still one of the best players in the sport #GraciasFerru

No one fought harder than David for every point he ever played, a true credit to the world of tennis. No controversies, always the gentleman, he left nothing on the court, a true champion.
I really miss David. So humble, so gracious. A pleasure to watch play.
