Now we just need to get some nice new hotels to put all the people. The last Super Bowl they had here they had to use cruise ships. Im loving how thr area is growing. I live in fruit cove and about two mins from Jax. Very excited.

Looks absolutely incredible. Been a fan since the very first day the team existed, and I'm as proud and excited to be a fan right now as I have ever been. Go Jags!

Same here but jagsgan1995 from Massachusetts. I've never left home without something kaguars on 95% of time it's a hat. 1 thing I miss the most is when they changed the divisiins around and expanding them but miss playing the steelers twice a year. Almost every game was low scoring smash you in the face run run run hardest hitting games fr k. Defense just everytimebwe played them it wasn't high scoring pass pass punt pass pass punt back and forth so many great players came from. Early years even today I can't wait till every 4th year comes around and we get to play them as they changed it to where now every team will have played all the other 31 teams at least once every 4 yrs

Every new stadium gets A SuperB owl within the 1st 5 years of its existence Usually 2 within 11 But the 1st 1 is a guarantee It’s part of the deal when you build new stadiums The League wants to show it off , show off their best attributes and the newest most beautiful sporting confines are up there @ the very top along with thee most marquee players & are pushed that way because stadiums don’t get injured in their 20-30 year careers

That also depends how many hotel rooms they need because the last time the Superbowl was in Jacksonville they were under capacity on hotel rooms they have to rely on cruise ship

The trend lately has been when a team gets a new stadium they host the Super Bowl the 2nd season it’s in full use. So probably the 2029 season, Feb 2030 will be a Jacksonville Super Bowl

Man I remember before the ville got the team it was just the gator bowl.. The city has come a long way, love it!!!!

I appreciate the fact that they are not tearing the stadium down. There's a lot of history at the gator bowl and l wish they would have mentioned that during their presentation. We need to keep some of these older stadiums around to preserve the history of the NFL & college football.

It’s a lot of public money. *At least* a Billion that they want from Jax taxpayers. For perspective, the city’s entire yearly budget last year was 1.5B..

I was ready to be upset that we would be pouring millions into an entirely new stadium... But I see that the stadium itself remains, just elevated and transformed. Seems like an incredible idea! Hope it all works out.

1,000 Million to be exact. A billion dollars from taxpayers. For a renovation! Miami’s incredible Marlins stadium cost $200M less than that to BUILD start to finish. Meanwhile Jax has a critical shortage of 911 dispatchers bc nobody wants that stress for $15/hour, raw sewage is seeping into the St Johns bc our sewer system badly needs updating, housing crisis, and so on.
