Wow, Spintires really has come a long way, doesn't it? The original game got a little bit of conspiracy going on, but it's good to see the franchise getting out of that mess and actually grow.

@@W0B0NI don't entirely remember what happened but if I am not mistaken I think spintires was given to a different dev and they changed the name to mudrunner due to drama or smth. but I was never in the community and frankly never heard much about what happened in the community so if someone else knows feel free to correct me.

I did the most soyjack face when I saw the thumper truck- LOL as someone who's studying geology it feels great to have a niche profession like seismology be represented in a game like this

I haven't seen a lot of mud runners and snow runners content before, but Im def gonna check this game out - hell maybe they'll add in other field geology stuff in the future like derrick/rig maintenance or transporting heavy fossils aaaaaa

The game looks great! At the moment they say there's 100 hours of content as well, so a pretty decent amount for launch, given the linear nature of the missions

I will have to wait till the price comes down a bit, but it does look good.

Expiditions is unfortunately just snowrunner with a few new and different niche features. Things like tire pressure or customizable roof racks aren't impossible to add to snowrunner, but instead they make a new game that still relies on many snowrunner assets, and only has 3 new vehicles. Things like the jackscrews and winch anchors kinda defeat the purpose of offroading, because it nullifies the risk of tipping or getting stuck, which is somewhat the point of offroading

yeah it looks bad, they said it will be extremely diffrent from snowrunner but its the same thing, gat something from somewhere and transport it, what i was expecting was a MASSIVE open map and no quests, just go around that map and explore, find some eastereggs, hidden locations etc, not this
