Really good tips. I was actually thinking of changing to a Jobo tank because of the leaking. Now I know it was user error. Thank you.

That last tip is nice. I've actually had a little leaking issue with mine.

Yeah. I always fill my tank up because I've noticed that i get fewer air bubbles if the tank is full.

I've never had a problem with mine spitting the liquid out. Then again, I use only the amount called for by the loaded reels inside (290 ml for 35 mm, 500 ml for 120) or barely more. If you're overfilling the tank, it'll be much more prone to that. @Janne Ranta if your tank leaks around the inversion cap seal, you need to "burp" the inversion cap, like you were sealing Tupperware (polymer food storage containers with the same kind of edge seal): push down on the center of the inversion cap as you seat that last quarter of the edge, so the cap is "sucked" down by the slight vacuum inside. I've done this for year, and never have a noticeable leak (I get developer etc. on the outside of the tank, but I think it comes from liquid on the inside of the inversion cap when I take it off).

For in-shot 120 tanks I always make 800 just in case; also for stand development. For XTOL and others, I typically put in some 0.8 - 0.9 liters. I've noticed: more liquid means less air bubbles! Then, wasn't that "blurb" exactly what I showed in the video or do you mean something else?
