@@WanguiGathogo i think camomile tea also helps wat i do i dnt dip the tea bag in hot water ..mi hurarua namwaga ndani ya maji in a sufuria just one cup kanachemka i sieve and drink ...u can use two teabags or one ...me it helps ..bt i thout glycinate is good anywho combine them both
