A Few Motorcycle Changes With Big Gains

Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары

💭 With Super Chief Limited back in the garage, it's time to get the engine situated and start upgrading components. Nothing too crazy, but it'll be tasteful.

    Love it! Not the way I would have gone with the seat, but I respect your decision. Indian seats beat me up too much, its because of the foam they use, so I am a corbin fan now, never tried saddlemen, but heard great things. Every time Your videos come across my feed I gotta watch. Keep them coming.

    Is it me, or does the Indian script tank badge on the right seem crooked on these? Like it's going downward a little? I have one myself, and it looks crooked too.

    Hey how are you! Question so i lower my sport Chief with the Scout shock, bike look sick, but its way to low and the belt is rubbing on the upper frame, i know the regular chief os one inch lower than the sport Chief, but iam locking total drop 2 inch anyone makes anything to achieve this?

  • @BrandonBicasso

    @BrandonBicasso

    9 ай бұрын

    May have to go with a drag specialities shock set up. They tend to have more adjustment room. Stock Chief setup is 12” so you’re looking for 11”, right? You may run into rear fender/sub frame rub next. You also may run into not being able to get the 11” with the swing arm/frame stud locations. I’d post in the Chief owners forums on Facebook to see if someone else has a solution for that.

  • @joelsuarez4251

    @joelsuarez4251

    @BrandonBicasso Yeah I would say safely 11.75 since the Scout shocks are 11" and is slightly rubbing only while riding on kick stand is high enough. Ther is a sport chief set up with the Scout shocks by a company call Tank Machine sweet ride, that's what I attempted to follow, but I guess is just a show bike for Indian!

  • @BrandonBicasso

    What about this. Could you shave off the part of the sub frame the shock is rubbing on? With a dremel tool. It’s bolted into the main frame and only holds the fender. Nothing majorly structural on it.
