You two are great to give up your life of sailing for a few days to help other in need. So glad to see Riley's arm doing better. Like he said it will still give out. BUT he's doing so much more then he was. I haven't been saying any thing, BUT I have been hitting like button. :)

I feel so inspired by your life on ship. Really makes me want to do the same x

What about a bucket and a good quality drain plunger with a few water flow holes drilled in the rubber, for doing the washing? Worked great for me. Love your work.

I always find it difficult, when wandering, to deal with the fact that there is SOO much need and never enough time. There are always places that a person could dedicate their life to fixing but we tend to spend a day or a week lending a helping hand. In the end, I struggle with feeling like a volunteer tourist, who is left feeling great about myself for helping but knowing that the work is long from done. I know that I helped, but it is hard to sleep knowing how great the suffering of our world remains. I applaud you for raising awareness because this may be the only real cure. The real need is for more helping hands. So, hopefully your work here will reap rewards and more will come to help in Barbuda.

This video reminded us of Hurricane Katrina here in the South United States. It will take them a long time to rebuild. We are still rebuilding after all of these years. It displaced thousands of people who now live in other places. Some try to go back and leave again. Others left and never went back. Others go back but it is not the same. Things have changed but in other ways we have gotten back to what we had before. It's hard to explain.

Absolutely beautiful place, I wish everyone a speedy recovery and to remain hopeful, may god help the people on Barbuda. Riley and Elayna, two of life’s lottery winners. God bless you two for helping the people on Barbuda.

Also your” I wrestle alligators” shtick may have been completely lost on that cute little boy, it wasn’t on me,I got a good chuckle out of it and smiled till my cheeks hurt. Also Elayna’s laughter is pure medicine and obviously your volunteer work is commendable. That’s what separates you guys from the rest of the distinguished list of circumnavigators since Magellan. The Barbudan people are amazing. 2000 people support eachother and just love sharing their beautiful island when we visited. I've never felt so welcomed in another country. Was stressed as hell when the lost their cell tower, they lost contact, and the hurricane ripped right over them. It will take a few years to get back to normal, but every dollar and hand helps!

First had Ti punch when me and my dad sailed to tiny island in the Caribbean and now we drink it all the time!

I admire you both, such a wonderful thing you've done helping clean up after the hurricane damage. I tune in every week and I love seeing what exciting things you get up to. It's like going on a mini-getaway with every episode. You were the inspiration for my stepdad to get back into to sailing and late last year we got a UFO34 and I'm now learning how to sail. I love it, there is nothing quite like being on the water, nothing else seems to matter when I'm out there. So thank you both for being so awesome. Ps. how exciting La Vagabond III

I know you are touring the world in a million dollar catamaran but the fact that you are pitching in with the clean-up of Barbuda says something about your values of helping other people. I just wish the developed governments of the world were providing these countries with more financial, material and human resource help. Sending volunteers from Peace Corps, Canadian University Students Overseas, the UN Volunteer Services Overseas would be a big help to these people. What I fear is this seasons hurricanes which are about to hit the Caribbean islands. You guys also need to be thinking about getting to a safe location to sit out the hurricane season.

I don't know why... but everytime I start watching these videos I get so excited. That same feeling you get when your about to go on holiday🙏
