now that I live somewhere that actually has 4 distinct seasons I am completely fascinated by spring, it just makes me so happy to see the blooms coming back after winter.. I would absolutely travel for cherry blossoms

cari, i really need to thank you for sharing your journey! recently iˋve been feeling down and often alone; felt like i was always trying to find some friend available to go out with me, someone to share new experiences with - but everyone is very busy right now. watching your vlogs constantly made me realize i could be out there living great things while enjoying my own company - which was a big change of perspective. suddenly i realized how much of the city i could explore and, who knows, later take my friends with me. today i went to a cafe by myself and it was great!! i thought about you while i was there and felt very grateful for having come across your vids. nway, thank you again for being here. hope your life will always be full of joys - especially the small, daily ones, because i think the mundane holds the most beautiful things.

im getting so much cherry blossoms and good vibes from you i will this about this for the whole week. THANKYOUU for capturing the cherry blossoms in so many angles, the one in the cafe with lots of people, the one above the biker parking, the pink tunnel, the one that hasn't bloom, amd sooo many others. I grow up in tropical country and cherry blossoms definitely doesn't bloom here but seeing people celebrate the spring and the bloom of nature makes me want to do the same. Nature and people can coexist beautifully like this. thankyou for bringing us again to your trip

Catching up on your vlogs as my reward for studying in finals week! I feel particularly attached to cherry blossoms 🌸 so I knew these were gonna be special, then you mentioned peach oolong tea (I also love a good peach tea haha) and how it reminded you of a cafe at home in SD. Im from Hawaii but graduate from PLNU this Saturday🎉, and was fortunate enough to discover Pannikin the beginning of my senior year! It has brought me such joy (I was even compelled to create a yelp account to share my love of them haha) and to see your connections to SD throughout the vlog somehow gave me a peace. A warmth that everything is working together, SD was where I was supposed to attend college even when studying abroad to Japan fell through, took a leave of absence to recover a health problem, and a global pandemic made everyone remote for a year and a half😅… If you and Kurt ever plan on flying to Hawaii, please visit Kauai and I’d love to give you recommendations/ tour guide :)💌

Enjoyed watching your trip. I had so many déjà vu moments actually. I think the butter cake you had is substantially similar to the one I ate at California pizza kitchen back in the day. Also, Dominique Ansel bakery in New York City sells milkshakes in cookie cups. That was a memorable experience.

I'm now finally planning my own (first!) solo trip to Seoul for October and wondering if, as the queen of solo travel, you have any tips to share? Any tips for someone thinking of getting a tattoo in Seoul?? I'd love an update on your tattoos (I've never seen mini tattoos after they've been healed for a while!)

This is where I grew up and I still live quite near. You do seem to love the city and I am glad! Hope you had lots of fun^^
