Banana protein mug cake recipe:
I banana (mashed)
1/4 cup almond flour
I egg
2 scoops collagen
splash of vanilla
Make sure to grease the bowls with coconut oil or butter! Bake at 375°F for 15-20 min depending on the size of bowl.

Elsah, thank you SO MUCH for your words about negativity 👏🏻 this past weekend I had not one but two breakdowns because I focused on something negative instead of addressing it and giving it to God. Then I dwelt on the fact that I got upset and 🥲 well that wasn't the right thing to do!! Your videos are always so uplifting and encouraging and I want you to know how TRULY appreciated they are.
