I'm pretty sure trollge and the UT aus are two completely different multiverse with a different set of rules. But aside from that, sans isn't all-powerful, in fact, he's pretty weak in general. 1 Atk, 1 def, 1 HP, pretty useless. What makes him special is his perception, understanding of the timelines and cleverness. He cheats during the battle by making his attacks do constant damage, he can (kind of) predict what is going to happen using probabilities and he makes pretty good puns. Not strong, but smart.

this all is only with corruption. the timelines are split, possibly from Gaster’s unknown accident and Fourth Wall blurring as people made theories, breaching what was canon until all of this occurred. outside of their worlds, a lot of them could have much less power.

Wait. Since Error attempted to kill Geno, Geno turned into Fatal Error, but according to Aftertale lore, Geno turns into Error. So Error essentially fucked himself up creating a branch which could break the Aftertale AU and Error himself.
