I love how davey sings in a lower octave, it makes the song so much more haunting and hypnotizing

@kindsmile1 I know this is 1 year old but: 1) The song is called Davey Destroyed The Punk Scene 2) The song was written in 96, waay before AFI supposedly "sold out" (psst...they didnt) 3) Song was written before AFI met Anti-Flag, so its not about Davey Havok 4) Who cares what he looked like before and how he looks now

Great song! Great band! I do usually prefer acoustic version, but I do think this time, the original sounds better. In itself, the acoustic is awsome! And only beaten by the original itself.

Pretty sure it's Hunter. I think every time AFI has went acoustic, Hunter backed Davey on vocals.

I like everything except for the back up vocals in this version

i hate it when girls are screaming too. it drives me insane. u cant hear the music whe nits live half the time. u listen to it live *so u can hear it live* not so u can hear--ya! woooo! i love you davey! wahhwah!!!! lol... this song is better in the original version. Davey doesnt sound the greatest on this song like on endlessly she said. even davey singing in background isnt good on this version.

The screaming was what made DU a bad album.. It had like 2 good songs.. Crash Love is way better.

I guess it's me, but I don't like this song in acoustic version. It's so boring... I like it when it's fast and hardcore...I still love em though...

Such a shame when singers miss an opportunity to really cut loose and show off smh.
