As long as the vídeo started, two mistakes. First, where is the garage?? Underneath the house?? Second, the stairs are not covered (very useful on rainy days)...

The house based on traditional house of southeast Asia. It more likely a bungalow than a house. The first floor will not be used for living, they need a height floor for avoid insect, snakes … and it maybe flooded in rainy season.

You can add garage and cover the stairs if you want those specifications. All you have to do is just tell the architect to modify the design for you.
