I had heard about the fan fic years ago but didn't read it myself, so this is the first time listening.. I've got to say, you're the kinda guy who can read the phone book and I'll listen to it. Gotta give you props for dedication and pressing on despite having to stop and comment on how bad it is haha.

You actually have a fantastic voice for audio book reading. You're super clear and your pacing is brilliant! If you ever have the time now, you should definitely look into it :)

I almost spat out my coffee when this came up in my "suggested videos", I hadn't seen this before, but MY GOD I DIDN'T KNOW HOW MUCH I NEEDED THIS IN MY LIFE. I hadn't even looked at My Immortal in years, but it's answered a question that bugged me for some time. I loathed Catcher in the Rye the first time I read it, and thought the main character was highly punchable. But I couldn't figure out just WHY him declaring every person bar him and his sister to be "a poser" annoyed me so much. This is why. The main character in Catching in the Rye is basically no different to Ebony Dark'ness Dementia Raven Way declaring everyone who isn't her friend to be a prep. I have never felt more justified in my hatred of classic literature in my life.

I can't even begin to express my delight. Jack know circus tricks, he's gorgeous and nice, he plays video games, he has a cat, he's a big lyrics nerd, he was in a radio AND now he reads THE 'My Immortal'??? When I saw the playlist I had to put my phone away and laugh in utter disbelief at how amazing this fact is. And from the way he voices Snape I suspect he knows Neil's Cicierega Puppet Pals. I love it!!! I clicked on this video not knowing what to expect, then your soft beautiful reading voice baffled me, so I attempted to use it as a goodnight story. But your laughing and giggling at the stupidity and the slight roasting of Harry Potter fans and fanfics (very much me and my teenage years) made me smile the whole time and I couldn't sleep.

As a child of god who read this is middle school, this is exactly what adult me needed.
