it did. once i had a very bad headache in japan, then the insurance covered all the bills. it was embarrasing

I should be packing my suitcase right now, but instead I watched your new video. :D Great tips, most of them I already incorporated in my travel routine. I don't have much experience with jetlag, because I am usually travelling in the same time zone or to a place with only one hour difference. I will tryout your tip, when I am flying to Canada in a few months. They are 9 hours behind, so that will be a challenge. I think you are absolutely right about filling your water bottle before the flight. I always bring a big bottle to the airport, empty out anything that is left from my way to the airport before security control and refill it afterwards. I am always drinking a lot while flying so I don't get dehydrated.

Dr. Mike, you are just a really amazing, inspirational person. Since watching your videos I have: - Started keto. I’m super super morbidly obese, and I need to lose weight. But I’m having some really annoying consequences of diabetes. I’m hopeful I can reduce my A1C (it’s 7.1) and l0se the tonnage. - Started writing gratitudes at night. I actually look forward to it. - Started listening to videos at 1.5X and 2X. This has actually improved my comprehension in other languages (Spanish, German, Russian, Arabic). Great video Dr. Mike!!! so informative I was hoping you would talk about DVTS because so many people are prone to getting them especially when they travel. you are absolutely right people should get up and walk around. Also it's good to do ankle pumps and u can do it while sitting this allows the calf to contract which squeezes the blood up so that the blood isn't just pooling in your legs. little tips like that make a huge difference! thank u soo much!
