Very pleased to hear about the equipment upgrades. I've always enjoyed watching Andrew Zimmern on The Travel Channel and still watch the reruns. The Travel Channel has gone down hill after losing Andrew and Anthony (may he rest in peace). I'll definitely be searching out the new seasoning line to try. Looking forward to the new seafood series.

From PEI and we just had striped bass (lightly battered) last night for supper so thanks for the recipe--we need more ideas. Striped bass is such a delicious white meaty fish!

We have a house boat on Lake Powell in AZ. We catch hundreds of pounds of striped bass each year. Our favorite way to eat them is pretty dull. Good old fashioned English style fish and chips.

Love your channel, but have a request for the hard of hearing fans like my husband and myself. Please lower the music level, if not stop it all together. It is very distracting when trying to hear you speak. Love you and the show!

Farmed fish is an alternative, but usuallyl tasteless. BTW a wild caught stripped bass would have to be twice the size.

I’m a big fan, Andrew. Mostly from TV. Just saw this pop up and absolutely love this channel. Bass that size on Long Island is below the “slot” of 27-35 inches and can’t be harvested. Would this recipe hold up on a 32 inch fish? It’s 2 to 3 times the thickness of the fish you prepared.

You are crazy if you think farmed fish is better than wild, the amount of chemicals to keep the fish healthy is gross and damages the environment, if you want seafood go spearfishing if you can’t do that then you aren’t helping the environment. The best thing we can do is leave the ocean alone and selectively hunt only what you can use…
