I dreamed my daughter and her friend went to a place called Huffington and they didn't invite me. I have trouble walking. I just turned 82 in April. Blessed are they who bring Mom along so she can take good memories with her when her time is up. This is rare, so I want you to know how much I respect you and your sister. God bless you both and your lucky mother. Stay safe and keep sharing your journey with those who wish they were there.

The profusion of greenery is so soothing and that quiet music made it that much better. I might just come back again and again to enjoy this. Thank you for the video and thank your mom and sis for us.

I have to applaud you and your family. I am a native Texan and the heat is the only thing I don't love about Texas. I've hated the heat since I was about 40 (69 now). I hibernate during the summer. I have been to the Botanical Gardens in SA and they are beautiful. Keep enjoying the time with the family and be safe. Give Moomoo a big hug from me and Doodles and Chuy.

Loved it Ausia!!!!! You and your picnic tables. LOL😜 I LOVED the Palm atrium! The fern room was cool too. It was visually interesting and engaging how they mixed art within the garden. Your sweet mama was a great sport too! Who else kept waiting for Moo Moo to pop up? 😂

I don't know if anyone said or not, but the big box thing you didn't know what it was, is called a well box, the pulley at the top once held a bucket on a rope you lower into the opening you opened to draw your water up, the big box around the well opening is the keep children and animals from falling into the well :)

Well, well was missing the rope and wooden bucket. Smiled at the Texas sized picnic table and lawn chairs.i love plants so really enjoyed seeing the gardens. I'm old and can't breath well when it gets super hot so I applauded your Mom for making it through. Making sweet memories with family is precious. That looked like a well, there was a pulley above it, for lowering buckets into a well and collecting water. I giggled as you said the log cabin was small, wondering if the square footage was smaller than panda.

These videos of your Mom, Sister and You are amazing. Back in the 70's my mothers two sisters (Aunts) and I visited the Botanical Garden there in San Antonio and this brought back precious memories. Thanks Ausia. Glad to see that you are getting Panda all fixed up for when you hit the road again. Nothing like being back to nature with all its glory. I loved the SA botanic gardens, I grew up in San Antonio and the gardens were one of my favorite places to go. the zoo an all the old missions as well.

Beautiful, I'm thinking I'd enjoy it more when not so hot. So thank you for taking us along

Very nice, thanks for sharing this. Your poor mom, that's a long walk in the heat, but I bet it was a little cooler with all the plants and water features- -beautiful! I'm a gardener, I have to tear everything down each year before it snows, so every Spring I build it back differently, lol. Stay Free People!

I got to sit here in my air conditioned room and watch the tour thru the gardens in comfort with a cup of coffee. I almost feel guilty............OK, no I don't. You may need to get a carriage like Eric and Kevin have so Moo Moo can go too. Like you always say: Awesome and Beautiful!

Beautiful botanical gardens. San Antonio has it going on. I want to go to the river walk, at night. My daughter is going to try to make the trip next weekend with her boys. She wants to take her youngest to Morgan's Wonderland. Give Moo a scratch for me. Take care..

Ausia, that is a well not sure but it's probably from the late1800's or early 1900's. I enjoyed our walk through the Botanical gardens, and I'm very surprised with your momma walking all that distance in the heat, she's a real trooper, Yeah go mom !!! I'm one of your new subscribers, discovered your channel by way of Eric, nomadic fanatic, and I'm so glad I did. Love your dog and travel companion Moomoo, very smart, someday tell us the story of how you adopted her; and your rig is too plus, love the décor. OMG San Antonio is one of the most beautiful cities in the US. We have never camped there, but have stayed multiple times in various hotels on the river. One of the reasons I love watching your's (and others) travel videos is to learn of new places that we will go. Not so much in this specific case, but we always learn something new.
