Charmie, let me advise you as a 20-years-experienced dog owner. Fighting dogs are splitting only with their back legs. You should take one leg in every your arm, lift then up to level of your shoulders and pool dogs away from fighting. That's the only working way to split dog's fighting. Never ever touch head of a dog in the fighting mode. (sorry po for my poor language, I hope you've got the idea)

If it says best before .... whatever date, that is what it means, not that you can not have it they are just saying best before, so I would look if it is OK. Smell it, then taste a little if OK, I think you are ok now if it says use by, I would not have it after the date stated. Have a great day

Don't fast to lose weight for in doing that can cause health issues. It's better to eat fresh salad ...fresh fruit...fresh fish( baked is better than fried...but fry in olive oil .. coconut oil or sunflower oil is healthier) for lunch & dinner. For breakfast & 2 hours before bed drink protein shake. Also drink fresh ginger water with lemon & pinch of red chili peppers and okra water helps digestion and diabetes. You both in my prayers. Without scaring you both please be aware of Staf (MRSA) infection. I also thought my wound was mosquito or insect bites. Left unattended it cost almost P50k in hospital fees for intravenous antibiotics. Andres wounds have a similar look. Recently had one again but took double dose if antibiotics for a week and it cleared. Feeling fatigued through infection may be misinterpreted as fatigue through fasting. My staff infection was due to swimming in dirty water, unknown to me. Take care.
