Thanks for another awesome video! I would definitely want to see one or more videos on the injury prevention exercises you do in the gym and especially the ones you find most beach volley players would benefit from (like shoulders and knees?). Videos about warm-up routines before stepping on to the court and nutrition/food would also be very interesting!
