@@Nair1qq അത് കൊണ്ട് ഇന്നത്തെ തലമുറയ്ക്ക് gym ഇൽ നിന്നും ഇറങ്ങാൻ സമയം ഇല്ല. 40 വയസ് പോലും തികക്കുന്നില്ല. ഇഷ്ടം കൊണ്ട് ചെയ്താൽ കഷ്ടപ്പാട് ഉണ്ടാകില്ല. പഴയകാല ലൈഫ് ആരോഗ്യം പ്രധാനം ചെയുന്നു. ഇന്നെല്ലാം zomato, swiggi ഇൽ fast food ഇൽ ഓടുന്നു. Parents നു കുട്ടികളെ പോലും നോക്കാൻ സമയം ഇല്ല.
