She is one of the few people who actually comes across as being real.

She seems like a really smart and fun person to be around :). And I can totally relate to her, I will wear stuff that i buy till it literally falls apart lol

Very articulate. Followed her since her Elle and Teen Vogue days.

Whoa, she's an editor-in-chief in NYC and her salary is $108k? I expected it to be at least twice as much... I mean, I HOPE she's making more than average... And I hope all those cabs and Starbucks coffees and covered by her company; and the fancy shoes are sent to her for free from brands. IMHO, she deserves to make much more money.
