For waking up early you have to go to bed early at night first.To sleep early you have to avoid caffeine after evening.before sleep you have to stop look at your mobile screen.you can read something that will help you to fall in sleep.And yeah... of course set an alarm and keep it away from your sudden reach. Hope this will help you.

hi zo! 💗💗 tysm for the kind words! i prefer to do them handmade on paper but it gets slow and too lengthy! so i can type some of them and then print to re read them. so basically when i need to write fast i do it on my laptop but when i have some more time i do make notes and highlight on tablet/paper
