    You should alway include ORGANIC foods only. Glyphosate's and other pesticides kill the microbiome in your stomach.

    Organic is definitely much better. Cost is still an important consideration, and fresh fruits and vegetables are still better than any packaged or processed.

    Plants are much easier to digest, and research has shown eating a variety of plants can lead to a more diverse microbiome.
