she's my biggest equestrian inspiration. so calm, mature and most important she is so kind to all of her horses. she never gets mad or lose control when the performance was not optimal in any shows i have seen her jumping in. still a nice pat on the horses' necks and show her appreciation and affection. that'a why her horses are happy and jump superb most of the time! and she's an exceptional rider. good luck Reed in Rio!

My daughter went to school with Reed when she lived in Chester Springs, PA. They had a lovely property there. She was absolutely adorable! Her mom was quite a good rider too as I recall, as well as her dad.

I just found this series "A Day in the Life of [ insert name here]. I'm really enjoying them (a) because they are given a well enough definition to let me know if it's (a) within my scope of interest; and (b) long enough to feel that I've learned something new; (c) gives the area so like this one is right where I used to live when I moved from Brevard County, FL, down to WPB County, then to the edge of Broward/Dade County, FINALLY settling in Coconut Creek, about 1/4 mile outside of Boca Raton... I've found some recent posts of some horses in MY area NOW, with horses for sale so that's another plus. But I am particularly good at taking a horse disciplined in, say reining, and re-schooling him/her to be a very eager and GOOD Hunter/Jumper (although the JUMPING is where I myself need a LOT of help, and work work work work.....) Once I was employed as a legal secretary, I wanted to go ALL the way to law school. I became a paralegal, making a ton of 💰 for the 90's & stayed in the Dean's List, maintained a 4.0 or higher, was invited to join MENSA (UGH BORING--I was SO honored though but I could NEVER get time away from work during the week to get ALL the way from work in downtown Ft. Lauderdale all the way to Broward College in Coconut Creek where the meet & greet for new MENSA members was being held!! So I missed out on my greatest passions, all things HORSES; AND, my ongoing career that was taking off like a 🚀 rocketship🚀.... My baby brother died a violent death in 2005 & the Leo's MADE me look (when other cops find out they tell me that ISN'T protocal & it's sadistic. Well after that I got SO sick with Crohn's I almost died several times, and they could not figure out WHY--I know now--I'd lost all will to live so at 29, sure there's NO rational or medical reason.. But I'm now on full-time SSDI--I CAN MAKE OTHER MONEY JUST NOT sure how much... at this point, I'm VERY confident in my skills as an owner, but not cocky and am ALWAYS WILLING TO; SOMETIMES PLEADING with friends, PLEASE tell me what did I do wrong there... I'll pay you... It's gotten now to the point that the 5 horse barn (FILLED w/5 horses) is now empty!! 😥 I couldn't ask because I know they'd tell me the TRUTH. So, that was it!! After over 3 years of loving them, caring for, grooming by hand with all but 1's manes grown out like a wild Mountain Man!! I took one at a time and slowly "pulled" each & every one of their manes, snuck my own Islet Clippers in a few days at a time & shaved a bridle path onto each horse that was being exercised & ridden; hence, "bridle path.." FYI: out of 5 horses in a few weeks and I was able to get 3; ONLY because (1) MAX was lame & 30 yrs old; and (2)MISTER: was a tenant (such a shame because she was a Double Registered AQHA/APAOU she could ONLY be registered as a APAOU because her socks came up just over the hocks one leg slightly higher than the other legs. One literally was at her legs with a tape measure, just looking for ANYTHING & EVERYTHING to capitalize on the changing of the registration form to make a few more bucks. I find that despicable. She had a sweet temperment--unless she was in season then, being the only mare in a barn full of geldings, when she'd start to destroy her stall & kick kick kick. She'd just look at us like "SERIOUSLY? What are YOU possibly going to d? Heyyy owwwhh!! Then we get out OUR handcuffs cuz NOW we got you for destruction of property & you were warned.......... So hold your front hooves together and let me cuff you properly cuz if you're playing with me its gonna hurt SO DAMN bad ur gonna wish I woul take them off--quit trying to be such a smart-horse; yeah ur owner found a tiny way to register you as a paint--but be careful, you haven't even dried yet2!!!

Ok the video starts and I see a normal girl doming her workout routine. I think "oh she's normal and in shape.." Then I see this normal girl beating the shit out of her trainer with those boxing gloves and continually jabbing him in the stomach with her knees and just going to town at doing so. The trainer is asking for more abuse and I think , man who ever the chick is, she is definitely not any one normal girl. I don't think any guy or girl would ever want to mess with her. She's tough and oh my gosh incredibly strong and fast.. Just thought I'd compliment this video star. Thank you

ive watched several of these day in the life videos and ive noticed a common theme. seems like none of these people care about their horse.. from little things like smaking their horses when they finish their rounds instead of a nice pet(which studies have shown horses prefer to a smack on the neck) to bigger things like not caring for the horses they show and only caring about money and winning. If people were in it for the horses and the bond do you really think they would be traveling the world riding horses they barely know just to get into the olympics or the next big show.

Elizabeth Lowe l have a bond with my mare, l love her and l will do what is best for her. I️ still want to win the big shows, go to the olympics etc. often times when trainers show a horse they don’t know it is for selling purposes. The horses are family but put family is a team and our team is playing s tough sport.

Maan I love how people like to shut everyone else up that expresses their opinion. Elizabeth is watching these videos cos she is interested, and she drew the conclusion that these people want the money, so you try to attack her with whatever you can so you can keep thinking in your head that you are right, and Elizabeth is just a jealous, pathetic person. Wow, must have been better living in the dark ages than with all these self-proclaimed professors here....

Your making a lot of assumptions when you really don't know much about much...that is called projecting. The problem with people like you is you are crying wolf - there are horses that get abused and bad stuff happens to them...when you nitpick about things you really don't know about you make people numb and irritated...so when something really should be called out, people don't want to hear about it. Horses being 'smack' petted vs. smoothly petted is really such a minor, minor thing, for instance. Yes, I think it is more comforting to them the later but they also get to understand your intention regardless. You have to know when to pick your battles.
