My mom told me that even led lights also cause eye damage she force me to study in the room where more sunlight is coming Please tell is this thing true that led/bulb light cause eye damage

@@Misox_68 yeah, this is true. The main thing is sunlight or natural light has no effect on eyes when you study.... But every time we can't study in natural light (specially during night) so we use led lights.... But remember that the table lamp & room light have nearly same intensity of light so that your retina is not affected much.

For chemistry specifically I watched alok sir and nsc sir for inorganic/ physical and organic resp. They have made the most organised lectures on youtube which is true in name of ytube coaching. I also have books for solving and use nta abhyas too. I got 99+ in march although my feb attempt was not so good because I am a dropper.
