It's an old trick we use to use out in the sticks. Works really good if you have a truck that smokes a lot.

I lived in a town that didn't provide garbage cans and the rats were horrible. I moved 20 miles away to a town that does provide garbage cans and they have zero rats.

NYC has one rat killer and an entire battalion of small business killers.

I like the people who take their terriers out on rat hunts

There are nearly 9 million people in NYC. There are more rats than people and more cockroaches than rats. Rats are afraid of humans because we're so much larger than they are, but if they understood their numbers, they could gang up on us. If eight rats jumped on you all at once, who wins? This could be their world if they only knew.

Cats are the perfect solution for rats. I lived in cities where you see cats hanging around and climbing buildings. Didn’t see a single mouse or rat.

The biggest rats are in City Hall.

What do you expect when you throw your trash on the street or in the alley it's like a smorgasbord for rats to eat

Put a bounty on killing rats. It would be a good way for kids to earn money and know that they're helping their communities. Don't ask for details from me, as that's something the rat czar needs to figure out.

Killing animals is wrong. Put them to sleep, & just get them out of the city. Also people here in NYC need to keep their apartments clean. Building Managements need to keep their properties clean. Stores, highschool's, nursing homes, etc need to stay clean.
