Great business model. Using some profits to increase rental equipment and making more money. Not sure how someone breaks the panel on the post hole unit, but good you don't eat that yourself. No one wants to rent beat up equipment that doesn't run properly. Most rental places I've used don't repair or replace older equipment leaving the latest customer not wanting to come back.

Not much, if it’s super close usually free, $25 north Nampa, $50 Meridian, $75 Boise. That includes pickup and delivery
