    How long take to make fps multiplayer and how do l know when I’m ready to make my dream game

  • @AndrzejGieraltCreative

    @AndrzejGieraltCreative

    7 күн бұрын

    You're ready after you release a few very small games, check my video "how I'd learn to make games if I could start over" or something like that :) as to multiplayer, the answer is like in most cases "it depends" - how complicated is the fps. Generally I'd say don't make your first game multiplayer.

    Training to Failure saves time? I thought it took more time cause you need to warmup and do more sets? How does it work?

  • @AndrzejGieraltCreative

    @AndrzejGieraltCreative

  • @AndrzejGieraltCreative

    @AndrzejGieraltCreative

    14 күн бұрын

    It really depends, but for the first set I try to aim for a weight that lets me do at most 10 reps. Sometimes I fail at 6, sometimes I fail at 13, I'm still figuring it out. Then each time I do it, I naturally do less. I usually do 3 sets like that. But yeah I have no idea what I'm doing so I suggest finding better sources haha this just works for me.

    @@AndrzejGieraltCreative Alright, thank you! I think now I understand a little more on the time saying aspect ;) Usually people warm up 2-3 sets before going to failure, because it helps avoid injury. So be careful! 😉

  • @AndrzejGieraltCreative

    @AndrzejGieraltCreative

    14 күн бұрын

    Makes sense yeah - I should say I definitely do 1 warmup set, but yeah 2-3 sounds like it would be better. Anyways, I totally have a lot to learn about this still xD

    Ooo, I love the Middle Ages. You should have a quest to explore the real history of King Arthur, perhaps granting Excalibur. Also consider including motte-and-bailey castles since they were very popular in the early Middle Ages.

  • @AndrzejGieraltCreative

    @AndrzejGieraltCreative

    15 күн бұрын

    Awesome! Yeah possibly, but I'm not sure how relevant King Arthur would be to Robin Hood. I will see because that could be super interesting. As for motte and baily - that is kind of technically what the castles will be, especially Nottingham once we get there, but by this time, Henry II has already rebuilt a bunch of them, including Nottingham, into stone. But, I need to double check if they were still in use in smaller areas. I couldn't find info on castles in Bingham or Southwell, the other towns that will hopefully be in the game.

    Do you saw Icons of Saints Warriors in Orhodox Chrisitians? Many spears at this Icons. I think theater and cinema popularized the sword as a "main weapon of old years", but historically spears it's "main weapon of old years" in combat formation. It seems to me that Christian Іcons have a lot of historical view of events. I think it's good idea to carefully looks at Christian Іcons. For exapmle, learn about historical Kievan Rus Christian Icons.

    Definitely something good to investigate, I'll keep that in mind. My game is setin 12th century England, so spears were definitely in use but the visual weapons and armor would be a bit different from those of Kievan Rus and Byzantine stuff. Maybe not too different, but I will need to focus on English effigies, statues, and artwork.

    Effort was not wasted with this video it is awesome! Curious now what workout split you get up to? Ive been doing mike mentzers ideal program but thinking about switching to the consolidation for 1 time per week. I find doing cardio is better for brain and loosing weight than weightlifting. I am catholic but kind of forgot the habits of being one, pretty much you buy a caticism and a bible right and follow that along with going to mass.

  • @AndrzejGieraltCreative

    @AndrzejGieraltCreative

    15 күн бұрын

    Thanks, means a lot!! With workouts, I'm honestly not invested enough in it to know about all the different programs and stuff - my friend suggested training to failure, so I just do like 2 workouts, try to do 3 sets, using weights heavy enough to just barely be able to do about 10 reps for the first one. As for being Catholic - well, it's a matter of giving to God His due right - since God maintains all existence and has decided that we should continue to be alive and to exist at all, that's worth an infinite amount of gratitude, so yeah you go to Mass to thank Him, and the priest offers the Holy Sacrifice for our sins because if we owe God everything, any mistake we make falls short of that, which is why Christ died on the cross - but anyway there's only so much I can say about this in a comment, I recommend this playlist if you're interested in more details kzread.info/dash/bejne/pGaqx7t6h7y_pJM.html
